Baltimore Competitive League Play
The High School Ecosystem
The Pipeline High School Ecosystem is designed to develop adaptable, disciplined, and highly-recruited athletes. By integrating school-based competition with elite club training, we provide players with diverse coaching perspectives and the unique experience of performing under the bright lights of school spirit. This dual-pathway approach sharpens essential life skills—like leadership and time management—while maximizing exposure to college scouts through athletic awards and expanded recruitment networks.
The ECNL
The ECNL was founded in 2009 as a challenge to the status quo of youth soccer, with a vision to be better. In its first years, the league supported only girls programming, but that was to change.
As a result of grassroots collaboration and innovation driven by youth soccer leaders all around the country, the ECNL quickly rose to national prominence – and ultimately to be the top level of competition and player development in the country. Each step was fueled by a shared commitment to elevating the youth soccer experience.

ECNL Regional League
The ECNL Regional League will create an opportunity for more of our athletes to access a regional platform and increased competition. The ECNL Regional League improves connectivity to the ECNL Program at Pipeline and will provide a pathway for excelling players to national level competition..
The league will consist of ECNL clubs participating in the RL and will replace local leagues as the primary gaming circuit. The teams and staff will be afforded the resources of the ECNL at Pipeline including Sports Performance Training at the PPC, VEO Video technology and much more to maximize their potential on the field.
