Inner City After School Program

Pipelines is proud to operate an inner city program that emphasizes opportunity, inclusion, and excellence in soccer. The club has established a strong partnership with Baltimore City, built on trust, collaboration, and a shared vision for empowering young athletes. This partnership helps us identify and engage potential soccer players across the city, ensuring that talented youth have access to high-quality training, mentorship, and competitive experiences.

Importantly, Pipelines fully funds the program, covering all coaching, development, and operational costs. The club handles all aspects of coaching and development, from structured training sessions and technical instruction to strength and conditioning and player progression tracking. Our dedicated coaches are committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where young players can thrive both on and off the field.
