Brittany Tegeler

 

TegelerAs a youth club player, Brittany played on the national champion Maryland Olympic Development Program team, for the Region I team, and she also attended youth national camps.

She attended McDonogh high school, where she went on to become an NSCAA All-American player. Brittany was a 4-year starter at the University of Connecticut receiving numerous awards such as: All-Big East, All NorthEast, and All New-England, to name a few. As a senior at UConn, Brittany was 1/40 seniors nominated for the Lowe’s Senior Class Award and was also awarded with the Big East Scholar-Athlete Excellence Award.

She played semi-professional soccer for national champions SoccerPlusCT (under Tony DiCicco), ASA Charge, and the Washington Freedom (where she was named to the United Soccer League Eastern All-Conference Team).

Currently, Brittany is a Sports Performance Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and also coaches soccer at the collegiate level (Stevenson University).
